iCON EXTRAORDINARY PERFORMANCE PROGRAM DESIGN AND STRUCTURE

There is flexibility in the design and structure of the program and it can be reduced or expanded for different circumstances. During our planning session we can determine the level and duration of ongoing support that you wish to provide to the different levels of staff and management who you would like to have participate in the program.

The following is a typical design created to maximize the value of debugging and upgrading each participant’s inner human software for extraordinary performance.

 
 


  iCON Three Month Program:

Includes four one day group training classes set approximately 2 weeks apart with 5 follow-up individual coaching sessions per participant during the two weeks between each group training day. There are two ways that the follow up coaching can be done.

  • Utilizing the Five Extraordinary Performance Techniques to remove inner conflicts.
  • Utilizing the Human Software Engineering Technology called the WaveMaker to even more rapidly accelerate the process of debugging and upgrading participants inner human software.

The first two follow up coaching sessions are done in person and the remaining coaching sessions can be done by phone. The typical arrangement is to shift to telephone sessions for the individual coaching after the first week but there is also flexibility with this aspect of the program. WaveMakers will be included in the WaveMaker version of the program and will be available on site for use during the follow up sessions that are done by phone.

The group training days are designed to present the concepts and principles of human software engineering and to provide understanding of how our conditioned responses cause the limitations and conflicts that keep people less than optimally productive in their life and work. As we move through the program, participants are taught how to use the five Extraordinary Performance Techniques. For the WaveMaker version of the training we also explain the WaveMaker technology and utilizing a room full of WaveMaker devices, we debug and upgrade everyone’s inner human software for each of the four Core Dynamics of Human Conditioning that are being learned about during that seminar day.

Some of the Extraordinary Performance techniques involve having the participant learn how to access and utilize certain of their innate capacities more then ever before in their life. As this individualized process is highly personal, we explain it but do not request anyone to do these techniques in the context of the group training. This personal training is therefore done in the private follow up coaching sessions.

The four training days are set at approximately two week intervals so that there is ample time for each person to have five follow up individual WaveMaker Coaching sessions. The private session structure is ideal for the highly personal and individual nature of these sessions. During these sessions participants will have the opportunity to be individually guided in mastering the skills of using the Extraordinary Performance Techniques so that they can continue utilizing and benefiting from them throughout their entire life. The program is structured to both eliminate the basis of each person’s deepest conditioning and inner conflicts as well as to provide the skills for each person to become self-sufficient in continuing with this process on their own.

 Week 1

  • First On-Site Day

One day Group Training for the following attributes of Extraordinary Performance (7 to 8 hours – interactive seminar format).

  • Senses & Embraces Opportunity

  • Powerfully Focused

The full training day is followed by two 30 minute 1-on-1 in person coaching sessions per person in during the same week. During these sessions the participant also learns how to use the WaveMaker during follow up telephone coaching sessions (for the WaveMaker version of the program).


 

 Week 2

Three 30 minute, 1-on-1 telephone or in person coaching sessions during the week.


 

 Week 3

  • Second On-Site Day

One day Group Training for the following attributes of Extraordinary Performance (7 to 8 hours – interactive seminar format).

  • Self-Reliant Contributor
  • Authentic with Self & Others
  • Masterfully Navigates Uncertainty
  • Knows & Expresses Full-Potential

Followed by two 30 minute 1-on-1 in person WaveMaker Coaching sessions per person in the same week.


 

 Week 4

Three 30 minute, 1-on-1 telephone or in person coaching sessions during the week.


 

 Week 5

  • Third On-Site Day

One day Group Training for the following attributes of Extraordinary Performance (7 to 8 hours – interactive seminar format).

    • Optimally Responds to New Possibilities
    • Sees & Knows What is Real
    • Stable & Balanced

Followed by two 30 minute 1-on-1 in person WaveMaker Coaching sessions per person in the same week.


 

 Week 6

Three 30 minute, 1-on-1 telephone or in person coaching sessions during the week.


 

 Week 7

  • Fourth On-Site Day

One day Group Training for review of all 12 attributes of Extraordinary Performance (7 to 8 hours – interactive seminar format).

Followed by two 30 minute 1-on-1 in person WaveMaker Coaching sessions per person in the same week.


 

 Week 8

Three 30 minute, 1-on-1 telephone or in person coaching sessions during the week.


 

 Weeks 9-12

Each week involves two 30 minute 1-on-1 in person WaveMaker Coaching sessions per participant. The final 4 weeks also include two 3 hour progress/update/question & answer group meetings lead by the TSC’s Extraordinary Performance Trainer.


 

 Graduation

At the completion of the program there is a graduation celebration at which participants receive certificates of completion.

 
 
 

Overall this is a 12 week program with 4 full on-site days, two on-site three hour sessions during the final month, the graduation celebration dinner and 12 weeks of one-on-one Extraordinary Performance coaching. The program is designed to fully debug and upgrade participants’ inner human software for optimizing extraordinary performance. In addition, further follow up coaching by telephone can be arranged on an as needed or desired basis.
